Use the game state, not an old checklist

House tasks and triggers can differ between platform lines. Finish the visible objective, listen for its completion feedback, and confirm the next prompt before roaming for secrets.

A low-friction first session

Learn grabbing and throwing in an open room, inspect obvious interactive objects, and keep a mental note of doors or surfaces that do not react yet. Some interactions only become useful after another objective has registered.

  • Do not repeat an action endlessly if the objective text did not change.
  • Return to the task source after a room transition.
  • If progress stops, restart from the last clean state before assuming a puzzle solution is wrong.

Secrets without spoilers

Explore above and below your normal eye line. The cat-scale viewpoint makes shelves, cupboards, gaps, and routes across furniture more important than they first appear.
