Known code list

The following values recur in walkthrough material for older Quest routes. They are object-specific, not a master password list.

Check the active task before deciding which object and code belong together.
  • Computer: 0426
  • Recipe folder: 1234
  • USB drive: 0000
  • Freezer: 88005

Why a correct code can still fail

The keypad may not be active, an earlier task may be incomplete, or the port may use a changed clue. Re-entering the same number cannot repair a missing trigger. Return to the named object and prerequisite first.

Handle keycards separately

A keycard unlock is an item-based progression step, not a numeric code. Keep it separate from the keypad list so a later location route does not get mixed into a house or shop puzzle.

A locked door marked Need Key Card beside a completed-missions note
A numeric keypad code and a key-card door are different kinds of lock.

Record a version conflict

If the clue in your game differs, photograph it, record the platform, and use the displayed clue. That evidence is more valuable than forcing a popular code until the interaction breaks.
